From kcleary at gol.com Tue Apr 14 07:22:23 2009 From: kcleary at gol.com (kevin cleary) Date: Tue, 14 Apr 2009 20:22:23 +0900 Subject: [TokyoJALT-announce] Vetted Submission Deadline Approaching Message-ID: <20090414112223.2089479854@mail.tmd.ac.jp> Dear Members, I hope this message finds you well. I'd like to pass on a message from the JALT Webmaster, regarding the upcoming deadline for vetted submissions for JALT 2009. Good luck with your submission, and with the beginning of the school year too! all the best, Kevin Cleary Tokyo Chapter Membership Chair ================================================= Hi everyone, Just a reminder that there are only 10 days to go before vetted submissions for JALT2009 close. Please remind your chapter and SIG members to get their presentation proposal submissions in as soon as possible and not wait until the last moment, as the submission form will shut down automatically at exactly midnight on the 24th (i.e. 0:00:00 on the 25th), and having lots of people hitting the server at the same time to submit will slow things down a little; possibly a lot. The earlier submitted, the smoother the process will go. Thanks, Paul Collett --- JALT website administrator http://jalt.org/ ================================================= From kcleary at gol.com Sat Apr 18 20:09:53 2009 From: kcleary at gol.com (kevin cleary) Date: Sun, 19 Apr 2009 09:09:53 +0900 Subject: [TokyoJALT-announce] ECAP 2009 Message-ID: <20090419000953.2078627905@smtp.kamakuranet.ne.jp> Dear Members, I hope your school year has gotten off to a flying start.
